The designer describes this as a fusion of romantic and sexy, and that's exactly right - the head to toe lace is very sweet and romantic, wtih a timeless shape and floating light feeling, but the plunge neckline and low back add a little drama and sex appeal. This dress was absolutely amazing for comfort and the ability to dance all night! Despite being a plunge style, I felt very secure with a little fashion tape.
The dress is ivory Drosia lace on ivory mesh, with a horsehair trim. There is also a middle layer that is ivory tulle. These layers are over a lining in a color Watters call "latte" which is a warm grey-beige, which I chose because it makes the lace details pop. It looked like a golden beige in the afternoon direct sun, more like a gentle blush color in diffused daylight and a deep blush in candlelight, and a soft grey in shadows or evening light. I've tried to include photos from various lights to show you how the lining can appear in various lights, but I thought it was amazing because it always looked neutral and bridal but I got some different looks and a huge variety to choose from in my photos.
The dress is in fantastic condition - no tears or damage, just very slight discoloration on the underside of the train (as in you actually need to bring your face within a foot of the dress and look for it to see it).
